What book would you recommend to a friend?

Many of my students love the books by Sharon Draper. Personally, I loved “Forged by Fire”. My favorite things to read are non-fiction. When I read a novel, I like when it expresses what might have actually happened in someone’s life. This book definitely does that. You learn about the character and why he makes the choices that he does, how he became who he is today.
